Curves, without the Liposuction

Alloclae

AlloClae restores volume to the buttocks and hips using donor-derived adipose tissue, so there's no harvest procedure and no fat needed from you.

What is AlloClae?

AlloClae is a donor-derived adipose allograft: natural fat tissue from carefully screened, consenting donors. It is processed to preserve the tissue's natural structure, then placed where you want more shape.

Traditional fat transfer requires liposuction to collect your own fat first. AlloClae skips that step. It's an option for patients who are naturally lean, who want to avoid a harvest procedure, or who want a less invasive path to fuller contours.

Areas we treat

  • Buttocks: adds volume and projection for a lifted, rounder shape.

  • Hip dips: softens the inward curve below the hip bone for a smoother silhouette.

  • Breasts: subtle volume for patients seeking a natural enhancement without implants. [Confirm with your rep before publishing.]

Is AlloClae right for you?

You may be a good candidate if you:

  • Want more volume or a smoother shape in the buttocks or hips

  • Don't have enough body fat for a traditional fat transfer

  • Prefer to avoid liposuction and general anesthesia

  • Are in good overall health with realistic expectations

Your provider will review your health history and goals at your consultation to confirm AlloClae fits your plan.

What to expect

  1. Consultation: we discuss your goals, map the treatment areas, and estimate how much product you'll need.

  2. Treatment day: AlloClae is placed through small entry points with a thin cannula in our office. Most sessions take 1-2 hours.

  3. Recovery: most patients return to normal activities within 2 days. Your provider will give you specific aftercare instructions.

  4. Results: you'll see added volume right away. Final shape settles over the following weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the tissue come from? AlloClae comes from screened, consenting adult donors and is processed under strict tissue bank standards.

Is it safe? As with any treatment, there are possible risks, which your provider will review with you. We utilize ultrasound-guided injections during the treatment to ensure safety and accuract.

How long do results last? We are seeing about a 80-90% retention in the original graft with extensive remodeling of your own fat and extracellular matrix in several months post procedure. Results vary from person to person.

Will I need more than one session? Some patients reach their goal in one session; others choose a second to build more volume. We'll plan this together.

How much does it cost? Pricing depends on the areas treated and the amount of product needed. Book a consultation for a personalized quote.
